Mr. Max Fang graduated from Peking University and received his MBA degree from New York Long Island University, U.S.A..

During his practice over years in Project Management, Financing and Venture Investment, Max has acted as Venture Investment Consultant, Project Financing Expert and Chief Representative etc. in many investment companies, Economic Development Research Centers, banks and financial groups based in U.S., Switzerland, Hong Kong and Mainland China.

As a senior trainer, Max has delivered Project Management, Financing, Intellectual Property Rights and WTO related training for many provincial governments, Universities and enterprises in China. In addition, Max was once in charge of several large consulting projects for various enterprises. For instance, as the Chief Representative of U.S. Capital House Investment Bank’s branch in China, Max completed a consulting project and helped a Chinese bank with purchasing the “OMNI DOOR INC” in U.S..
